Our web-based training is both interesting and easy to understand. Although breaking down complex content can be a tough chal­lenge, we never forget that learning should also be fun. Learners are engaged through immersive learning designs which involve a var­iety of playful elements, audio and video components, interaction and exercise types.

We use a mix of didactical models to introduce the audience to new products, processes and software applications. These models include instruction-oriented, simulation-based and task-oriented explorative learning approaches. While simulations are excellent methods to improve conversational skills and explain IT processes, we use the task-oriented explorative learning approach to train topics which contain a lot of information (e.g. studies on competitive comparisons).
